I don't take professional shots of my baby girl as often as I should. Adelyn's Daddy said all he wanted for Father's Day was professional pictures of Adelyn. Here are my favorites. Daddy was thrilled with the pics and we took him to the zoo too! What a lucky daddy!
I really enjoyed meeting this family and getting to know these little boys. These boys were gorgeous and were such sweeties that I left this photography session hoping for a son of my own one day.
Meet Sarah and Adam! Sarah is my best friend, my college roommate, and the sister I never had. It was such a privilege and honor to be a part of Sarah and Adam's engagement. They were so much fun to photograph! They are so in love and at times it was as if I wasn't even there. Watching them brought tears to my eyes several times. We took hundreds of pictures as these two were awesome models. It was hard to choose, but here is just a sampling of some of my favorites.
This is the actual proposal! Sarah had no idea! I kept my lips sealed! How many people have their proposal on camera? This was an exciting day for each of us!
This adorable little fellow is Chase Preston! It was so wonderful photographing this little man. We had lighting difficulties but still managed to get a few sweet newborn pictures. I am excited that my home photography studio will be finished soon so I will have photography lighting and can avoid lighting difficulties in the future! With that said, Chase slept almost the entire time which made him the perfect little client! Well... with exception of peeing 5 times on the black backdrop with a grand finale on the white backdrop! But hey, that's why I bought washable backdrops! I am so happy that his parent's are good friends of ours so we will be able to watch this precious angel grow into a little boy.
The Lindenberg's are special friends of ours who I had the honor to photograph when we went to Charlotte for their son's birthday. The weather was rainy all weekend so we had to do the photo session inside without photography lighting. Despite the difficulties, I still think we ended up with some sweet images. Their boys are full of life so I was quite lucky to get a few shots of them as they were being little hams. I am hoping that our Adelyn will marry one of the Lindenberg boys so they can officially be part of our family!
Photography for me all started with a passion to capture precious moments with my sweet baby girl. My passion has grown into a desire to capture special moments for others as well, in a beautiful and creative way. My goal is to capture the true spirit of my clients and I view it as an honor to share in these moments with them. I feel blessed to be on this journey and to be growing in the process. For most sessions I am currently charging a flat fee of $150 which includes the session and a CD of your pictures. You will be free to create your prints however and whenever you like. I can meet you on location or in my home studio. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have at Lharrisphotography@yahoo.com. I look forward to working with you to create lasting images that document a new life, a precious expression, or a moment in time shared with a special loved one.
